Weekly Ops Report skill

Paste your messy weekly notes, a Slack dump, a task list or a CSV and ask for your weekly ops report. Claude sorts everything into Shipped, In progress, Blocked, Key numbers and Decisions, and picks your top 3 for next week.

It never invents a number. Anything it can’t verify goes under “Missing data”, and unclear owners are marked “owner unclear”.

What you need

  • Claude, any plan that has Skills (Free, Pro or Max)
  • “Code execution and file creation” turned on in Settings → Capabilities
  • No connectors needed

Gmail Inbox Triage skill

Say “triage my inbox” and Claude reads your unread Gmail from the last 48 hours, up to 50 recent threads, and sorts it into Reply today, This week, Waiting on, FYI and Can archive, with one line on why. A Flagged section points out emails that look like phishing.

Read-only by default. It saves replies as Gmail drafts only when you ask, and it never sends.

  • Claude Pro (what the guide assumes)
  • The Gmail connector in Claude
  • “Code execution and file creation” turned on

Brevo campaign audit prompt

One copy-paste prompt. Claude reads your last 10 sent Brevo campaigns (or the last 90 days) and gives you a short audit: best and weakest campaigns by open and click rate, subject line patterns, segment differences, deliverability flags and three next actions based on your own data.

Read-only. The prompt tells Claude not to create, send, schedule or delete anything, and to use only numbers it pulls from Brevo.

What you need

  • A Brevo account with some sent campaigns
  • Claude with the Brevo connector (Customize → Connectors)
  • No skill upload needed
