Weekly Ops Report skill

Paste your messy weekly notes and ask for your weekly ops report.

Get it free on Gumroad
Details about the Weekly Ops Report skill

Paste your messy weekly notes, a Slack dump, a task list or a CSV and ask for your weekly ops report. Claude sorts everything into Shipped, In progress, Blocked, Key numbers and Decisions, and picks your top 3 for next week.

It never invents a number. Anything it can’t verify goes under “Missing data”, and unclear owners are marked “owner unclear”.

What you need

  • Claude, any plan that has Skills (Free, Pro or Max)
  • “Code execution and file creation” turned on in Settings → Capabilities
  • No connectors needed

What you get

The skill as a ready-to-upload zip, short setup steps and a sample input from a made-up business.

Gmail Inbox Triage skill

Say “triage my inbox” and Claude sorts your unread Gmail. Read-only by default.

Get it free on Gumroad
Details about the Gmail Inbox Triage skill

Say “triage my inbox” and Claude reads your unread Gmail from the last 48 hours, up to 50 recent threads, and sorts it into Reply today, This week, Waiting on, FYI and Can archive, with one line on why. A Flagged section points out emails that look like phishing.

Read-only by default. It saves replies as Gmail drafts only when you ask, and it never sends.

What you need

  • Claude Pro (what the guide assumes)
  • The Gmail connector in Claude
  • “Code execution and file creation” turned on

What you get

The skill zip, a context file for your VIP senders, labels and tone (with a filled-in example), and a short PDF guide.

Brevo campaign audit prompt

Claude reads your last 10 sent Brevo campaigns and gives you a short audit.

Get it free on Gumroad
Details about the Brevo campaign audit prompt

One copy-paste prompt. Claude reads your last 10 sent Brevo campaigns (or the last 90 days) and gives you a short audit: best and weakest campaigns by open and click rate, subject line patterns, segment differences, deliverability flags and three next actions based on your own data.

Read-only. The prompt tells Claude not to create, send, schedule or delete anything, and to use only numbers it pulls from Brevo.

What you need

  • A Brevo account with some sent campaigns
  • Claude with the Brevo connector (Customize → Connectors)
  • No skill upload needed

What you get

The prompt and three setup steps, as a PDF.

Brand Voice Extractor prompt

Paste in 5 to 10 of your own posts or emails, and Claude writes a one-page guide to how you write.

Get it free on Gumroad
Details about the Brand Voice Extractor prompt

One copy-paste prompt. Paste in 5 to 10 of your own posts or emails, and Claude writes a one-page guide to how you write: the words and phrases you use (each with a short quote from your samples), sentence length and rhythm, how you open and sign off, your formatting habits and a tone Do and Don’t list. It ends with a reusable “Write like me” block.

It works only from the samples you paste in. It doesn’t read your Gmail or anything else, and the prompt tells Claude not to invent words, habits or quotes. Read the guide and fix anything that doesn’t sound like you.

What you need

  • Claude on any plan, including Free
  • 5 to 10 pieces of your own writing, pasted as text
  • No connectors, skills or code

What you get

The prompt, a 4-step how-to (including removing private details before you paste emails) and a clearly labelled fictional example, as a PDF.

Weekly Content Planner prompt

Claude gives you back a Monday to Sunday plan of your posts, with a Needs proof list.

Get it free on Gumroad
Details about the Weekly Content Planner prompt

One copy-paste prompt that plans your week of posts. You fill in who you are, your audience, your content pillars, where you post and how many posts you can really make, this week’s notes and the CTAs you’re allowed to use. Claude gives you back a Monday to Sunday plan: each post gets a day, a place, a format, a pillar, the opening line written out, 2 or 3 key points and one CTA from your list. You also get a Needs proof list: every number, date, quote or claim in the plan, with the note it came from.

It plans, it doesn’t write the full posts, and it doesn’t post or schedule anything. It only knows what you put in, so it doesn’t look up trends, dates or news. It can still get things wrong, so read the plan and check the Needs proof list before you draft.

What you need

  • A normal Claude chat (I tested it in Claude only)
  • Some notes about your week. Short bullet points are fine.
  • No connectors, skills, file uploads or code

What you get

The prompt with a fill-in block for your week, a 4-step how-to and a clearly labelled fictional example, as a 5-page PDF, plus the same file on white for printing.

Subject Line Tester prompt

Paste in your email and a few subject lines, and Claude checks each one against what the email really says, before you send.

Get it free on Gumroad
Details about the Subject Line Tester prompt

One copy-paste prompt for checking email subject lines before you send. You paste in who the email goes to, the email itself, 3 to 10 draft subject lines and your preview text. Claude checks each one against what the email really says and gives you back a table with the character count of each line, whether the email really delivers what the line says, and flags for anything misleading (like a fake “Re:”), all caps, pressure or vague. You also get a check of your preview text, a ranking by how clear and honest each line is, 3 rewrites that use only facts from your email, and one idea for testing two lines against each other.

It doesn’t predict results or quote benchmarks. Only your own sends can show which line works for your list. It doesn’t know your past results, doesn’t connect to your email tool, and doesn’t send or schedule anything. It can still get things wrong, including character counts, so read its reply before you use a line.

What you need

  • A normal Claude chat (I tested it in Claude only)
  • Your email and 3 to 10 draft subject lines
  • No connectors, skills, file uploads or code

What you get

The prompt with a fill-in block for your email, a 4-step how-to and a clearly labelled fictional example, as a 4-page PDF, plus the same file on white for printing.

Gumroad Listing Writer prompt

Paste in what your product really contains, and Claude writes an honest listing and flags every claim it can’t back.

Get it free on Gumroad
Details about the Gumroad Listing Writer prompt

One copy-paste prompt that writes an honest product listing from your own files. You fill in what the buyer gets, who it’s for, what it needs, what it can’t do, what you’ve tested, and the claims you’d like to make. Claude writes an honest listing ready to paste: title, summary, description, What’s inside, Who it’s for (and who it’s not for), What you need, What it can’t do, and your next-step link if you gave one. It also flags every claim it can’t back: you get an Unbacked claims list (each claim your files or notes don’t back up, why, and what proof would back it), a claim table showing where each claim in the listing came from, and a 10-point no-hype checklist marked OK or Fix.

It writes the listing text. It doesn’t create or publish anything in Gumroad or any other store. It doesn’t open your files, so it only knows what you tell it about them. It doesn’t set a price, and it leaves out refund terms and discounts unless you give them. It isn’t legal advice, and it can still get things wrong, so read the listing and the claim table before you publish.

What you need

  • A normal Claude chat (I tested it in Claude only)
  • Your product files, or a list of what’s in them
  • No connectors, skills, file uploads or code

What you get

The prompt with a fill-in block for your product, a 4-step how-to and a clearly labelled fictional example, as a 6-page PDF, plus the same file on white for printing.
